We started our weekend with a long list of to do's before we can possibly board that flight bright and early on Thursday. To get in vacation mode and the spirit of Belgium, we hit Bruge Waffles and Frites. Pierre was lovely as usual and gave us a few recommendations for our trip. I am ready for the taste test, they were fabulous here in utah.
Finish the packing today and take care of any last minute errands, and we should be wrapped up for our trip by end of the weekend.

The packing and preparations are well underway..
The countdown has begun, we leave for Europe in 18 days. Chris is of course almost packed and Trish hasn't even started. We have a long list of things to do before we will be ready.

Thanksgiving breakfast up Millcreek Canyon
Thanksgiving with friends up Millcreek. What a treat, to see everyone in the morning with no stress. everyone brought something to add to the menu.
scrambled eggs to order, danishes, fruit, bloody maries and coffee with baileys. chased down with a cup up mulled wine. Perfect way to start a day.
we are very thankful for our extended family in Utah.
